FIFA U-17 World Cup: Meet Ghana’s 14-year-old safest pair of hands Danlad

Ibrahim Danlad has conceded just one goal in three games and he is one of the three goalkeepers who conceded the least number of goals in the group stage of the  2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup.

Danlad is a juvenile team goalie for a local team in Ghana;the Kumasi Asante Kotoko’

His performance in between the sticks when Ghana faced Colombia in their opening game was phenomenal.

Danlad’s goal line was breached for the first time by the USA and against India he kept another clean sheet.

Heading into the round of 16 game against Niger on Wednesday he would be a great asset in propelling Ghana to the last eight of the competition.

Ibrahim Danlad was born in December 2, 2002, so he will turn 15 next two months.
